About the Event

HP is a multinational information technology company that are widely known for their line of personal computers, printers, and related supplies. Our team had the opportunity to work with HP on a few of their local events and one of it was for their product launch and awards night!

The objective was to demonstrate their cutting-edge products and creating an immersive event experience that highlights innovation, style and creativity that resonates with the vision of being future ready. The solutions implemented were:

• LED Display Entrance
• Interactive Photo Wall
• AI Receptionist
• Product Experiential Zone
• 3D Launch Video
• Laser Show

Held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, the event had 2 sessions – one being the product launch in the afternoon and an award ceremony dinner at night. With about 400 invitees, all attendees were given a QR code where they would have to scan for their attendance registration for the event.

After scanning their invites, the attendees’ company name will appear on the interactive photowall where they can use it as a photo-op opportunity.

After their photo-op, guests are greeted by an AI Receptionist bot which was trained specifically with information regarding the event and about the client. Hence, guests can ask it anything within the related topic.

Product Experiential Zone

In the event venue, guests can interact with HP products at their Product Experiential Zone. To create a more immersive experience, each zone was designed to match with their product lines from lifestyle and office to gaming setups.

Launching Ceremony

The main highlight of the event is their 3D launch gambit event on stage followed by an awards night dinner. The launch video featured the AI receptionist and the new product, followed by a speaking session by HP Malaysia representatives.

Awards Night Dinner

During the second session, the hall was reorganised for a dinner setting for the awards night portion. The dinner kicked off with a laser show and was followed by a drum performance and the awards ceremony.

Lastly for a special touch, when revisiting the booth after the award ceremony, all winners can re-scan their QR code and have their award displayed on the LED photobooth for a photo-op of their achievements!
