As a renowned multinational tech brand, HP continues to push boundaries with its cutting-edge hardware, software, and services. We had the privilege of collaborating with HP on several local events, but this one stood out as the ultimate highlight—an exclusive fusion of high-tech innovation and luxury.

With the theme “Find Your Drive”, this awards night reached new heights of prestige and sophistication. From a futuristic product showcase to an electrifying stage entrance, every element reflected HP’s vision for the future.

Guests were greeted with a smart registration experience through a QR code check-in system. With a quick scan, the event crew could instantly identify each guest’s shirt size and hand over the correct welcome gift—ensuring a smooth and personalized touch from the start.

The digital event dashboard also allowed guests to easily locate their assigned seats and access key event information, such as the agenda, ensuring they stayed informed and engaged throughout the evening.

More than just a spot for snapshots, the photo wall doubled as a mini showcase of racing legends and tech essentials. Guests could strike a pose while checking out a curated display of racer outfits alongside HP’s top-tier essentials.

The combination of speed, style, and innovation tied perfectly into the event’s high-performance theme, making it both a visual treat and an Instagram-worthy moment.

Three curated tables, each featuring HP latest AI-powered PCs, powered by Intel & AMD, and a cutting-edge HP printer, are all ready for hands-on exploration.

From powerful laptops built for multitasking to sleek desktops made for performance, plus a smart printer that fits seamlessly into any workflow, attendees got the full experience.

Step into the spotlight like a racing superstar. Our AI Photobooth turned every guest into a digital racing icon, blending high-speed aesthetics with AI magic.

With custom-generated visuals inspired by the adrenaline and edge of Formula 1, each snapshot was more than just a photo — it was a whole vibe.

Guests walked away with their very own AI-personalized Racer portrait, ready to share and show off — and the excitement didn’t stop there.

These portraits were also showcased on 3 massive LED screens, transforming the space into a dynamic AI Gallery where everyone could admire the futuristic looks in real-time.

Before hitting the main stage, guests made their grand entrance through a stunning red and blue arch tunnel, the perfect pre-show runway.

With bold colors and sleek lighting, the tunnel set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

It wasn’t just a walkway, it was a whole moment. Guests walked through feeling fabulous, hyped, and photo-ready as the energy built up toward the main event.

To keep the energy high, the stage came alive with two dynamic dance performances that lit up the crowd. With electrifying moves and vibrant beats, the dancers brought the hype and added a powerful burst of excitement to the entire event experience.

It was the perfect way to warm up the vibes before the spotlight moments began.

To add a bit of excitement, a digital lucky draw system also got everyone’s attention, giving guests the chance to win amazing prizes during the event. It was the perfect mix of fun and anticipation, keeping the energy high and the crowd buzzing.

The stage transformed into a spotlight of recognition as a series of prestigious awards were presented, celebrating the outstanding achievements of the HP partners.

From October to December 2024, HP AI PCs on Wheels hit the road, transforming everyday spaces into interactive tech hubs. This wasn’t just another roadshow—it was a mobile tech playground, bringing the latest HP AI PC innovations, including the HP x MTL AI PCs, straight to Klang Valley, the South, the North, and KL Town Centre.

We rolled into malls, hotspots, high schools, and universities, allowing thousands to experience the power of HP AI PCs, AI-driven showcases, and a next-level AI Photobooth.

Beyond the excitement, the initiative aimed to showcase HP’s latest PC lineup and provide educational insights through a roving mobile computer lab.

This was a unique chance for students, professionals, and tech enthusiasts to interact with cutting-edge technology while also driving awareness in key educational sectors, targeting the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Higher Education, and campuses from secondary to tertiary levels.

This tech truck made its mark across Klang Valley, with stops at Aloft, The Sphere, Plaza Low Yat, Lot 10, Menara Multipurpose, Desa Park City, Dewan Serbaguna KESUMA, UTAR, UOC, INTI Subang, Solaris, and Elmina Lakeside.

Each stop became a hub of excitement, as we roved through the area and engaged with crowds at these lively locations. The turnout was beyond our expectations—these places turned out to be prime spots for showcasing the latest in HP AI PCs and tech innovation.

Inside the truck, visitors engaged in three interactive activities—the AI Master Bot, AI Action Challenge, and AI Photobooth. These weren’t just for fun; they introduced audiences to the power of AI-driven PCs while raising awareness about the evolving tech landscape.

From students experiencing game-changing tech for the first time to professionals testing high-performance machines, HP AI PCs on Wheels proved that innovation is best experienced, not just seen.

At UiTM Shah Alam, we didn’t just bring the tech truck—we also hosted an AI Masterclass led by our Program Director, Johan Donough.

Around 250 educators (Guru Digital) from across the country joined the session, learning how to integrate AI into education and enhance teaching in today’s digital-first classrooms.

AI Masterclass wasn’t just for teachers—we also held a session for 100 UiTM students, featuring local actor Mierul Aiman. His presence amped up the excitement as he shared insights with the students

From Klang Valley to the North and South, HP AI Roving PCs Truck made waves nationwide, bringing AI-powered innovation directly to the people. With thousands of students, educators, and tech enthusiasts experiencing HP’s cutting-edge PCs, engaging in hands-on AI activities, and gaining valuable insights, this initiative has sparked a new level of awareness and excitement for the future of technology.

At this event, HP embraced the theme “Putting the ‘I’ in AI,” acknowledging the growing concerns many individuals have about AI potentially displacing jobs and creating uncertainty about the future. As a pioneering force from Silicon Valley, HP views AI from a broader perspective, recognizing its immense potential.

The objective of this event was for HP to convey its narrative as a frontrunner in the AI domain by introducing its innovative lineup of Intel-powered AI PCs in Malaysia. Through the launch of Intel Core Ultra processors, HP aims to reaffirm its position as a leader in the evolving hybrid work and entertainment landscape, showcasing its dedication to product innovation and commitment to the Malaysian market. The solutions that we implemented were:

The HP Malaysia event at the Majestic Hotel, themed ‘Putting the ‘I’ in ‘AI’, featured a morning product launch and an evening award ceremony dinner. A total of 550 invitees registered their attendance by scanning a QR code.

After scanning their invites, guests are welcomed by an interactive AI photo booth. They can take a selfie, and the AI photo booth will transform their photo into an amazing avatar of their choice.

Afterward, guests entered the hall and were captivated by the history wall, which offered an enchanting tunnel experience.

The event’s centerpiece was the grand unveiling of HP’s latest business laptops, consumer laptops, and printers, presented with a mesmerizing 3D hologram on stage. The immersive launch video, featuring an AI hologram, showcased the innovative new products, complemented by insightful presentations from HP Malaysia representatives. This captivating launch was followed by an elegant awards night dinner.

At the event venue, the guests were welcomed by the AI Host and they also could engage with HP products in the Product Experiential Zone. To create a more immersive experience, each zone was meticulously designed to match HP’s product lines, ranging from lifestyle and office setups to gaming environments.

During the evening session, the hall underwent a transformation for the awards night dinner setup. The evening commenced with a captivating hologram show, followed by an inspiring speech from HP representatives, and a delightful singing performance, and concluded with the prestigious awards ceremony.

Right after registering and scanning their QR codes, guests were welcomed to take pictures with the interactive photo wall, offering a unique photo opportunity.

Finally, after the awards ceremony, they celebrated their collective success on stage with cheers and applause for HP Malaysia.

The event was an outstanding success, meeting all objectives seamlessly with our innovative solutions.
