As the experience partner, Lumiworks by Virtualtech Frontier transformed the event into an immersive journey through cutting-edge design and interactive technology. The main stage featured a panoramic layout with L-shaped LED screens, creating a dynamic visual canvas for impactful storytelling and presentations.

Beyond the stage, attendees embarked on a digital passport adventure, exploring interactive booths, AI-powered photobooths, motion-sensing games, and a multi-persona AI chatbot, each designed to reflect Dynatrace’s intelligent, data-driven ecosystem.

Registration & Check-In Experience
The Registration Counter

The guest journey began with a seamless, tech-enabled registration process. Upon arrival, attendees checked in effortlessly using a dedicated QR code system, ensuring quick verification and a smooth flow at the entrance.

Each guest received a personalized event tag and exclusive goodie pack, setting the tone for a premium, well-orchestrated experience from the very first touchpoint.

Translation Headset Collection

To support Dynatrace’s international audience, a translation headset station was set up during registration. Attendees could easily collect their wireless translation devices before entering the main hall, ensuring everyone could engage seamlessly with the presentations.

AI Photobooth
Dynatrace AI Photobooth

To bring a fun and futuristic twist to the event, VTF introduced a custom AI-powered photobooth designed exclusively for this event. Inspired by the F1 driver theme, guests could instantly transform into professional racers through AI-generated visuals that matched the event’s high-performance spirit.

Attendees who shared their AI portraits on social media stood a chance to win a portable Bluetooth speaker, turning every post into an extension of the event’s digital reach. This activation perfectly blended personalization, engagement, and shareability.

Motion Sensing Game (Formula Racer)
Formula Racer Motion Sensing Game

Bringing the thrill of speed into the venue, VTF developed an interactive motion-sensing Formula Racer game that put guests right in the driver’s seat. Using full-body motion controls, players steered their virtual Formula 1 car by simply leaning left or right to navigate the track, no controllers needed.

The goal was simple yet addictive: beat the high score and claim victory on the leaderboard. This activation blended physical movement with digital gameplay, creating a fun, energetic experience that kept guests engaged and competitive throughout the day.

Multi-Persona AI Chatbot
Multi-Persona AI Chatbot and Networking Zone

To make information access more engaging and personalized, VTF created a multi-persona AI chatbot inspired by four key leaders from Dynatrace’s top management. Each AI persona was designed with its own tone and expertise, allowing guests to interact naturally and learn more about the brand’s innovations, solutions, and event highlights.

As guests moved toward the entrance area, they were greeted by a setup crafted to deliver an instant wow effect. Featuring bold lighting, dynamic visuals, and branded structural elements, the entrance set an immersive tone for the event.

Inside the main hall, the centerpiece — panoramic L-shaped LED stage — took center stage. Designed for maximum visual impact, the setup featured extended side screens that synchronized with motion graphics and live content, creating an immersive storytelling experience.
